银杏外种皮多糖延缓小鼠衰老的实验研究

【摘要】 银杏外种皮多糖(GBEP)可延长小鼠游泳时间及缺氧时的存活时间,表明GBEP可提高正常小鼠的应激反应;GBEP可提高荷瘤小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,减少血清脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)的生成,表明可增强荷瘤小鼠清除氧自由基的能力以及减少自由基对机体的攻击;GBEP能对抗环磷酰胺(cy)所抑制的小鼠迟发型皮肤超敏反应(DCH),提高cy所抑制制的小鼠脾脏白细胞介素—2(IL—2)活性,表明可增强免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能。这些结果提示GBEP可延缓小鼠的衰老。

【Abstract】 Ginkgo biloba Exocarp Polysaccharides(GBEP)could prolong swimming times and live times as the oxygen lack in mice. It showed that GBEP may enhance the stress reaction in normal mice. GBEP could enhance the vitality of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and decrease the production of malonyldialdehyde (MDA)in S180 bearing mice’s blood- It showed that GBEP may promote the ability on elimination oxygen free radical and decrease the attack of the oxygen free radical in S180 bearing mice. GBEP could antagonize the suppressive effect of cyclophospha-mide on the delayed cataneous hypersensitivity induced by dinitro-benzoyl chloride in mice and enhance the vitality of Interleukin-2(IL -2) which was inhibitted by cyclophophamide in mice’s spleen cells. It showed that GBEP could promote the immune function in immunesuppressive mice. These result showed that GBEP may delay mice getting old.
