皱纹盘鲍活性成分对实验性大鼠胃溃疡作用研究
A Research on Active Product of Haltotis discus Hannai to Anti Experiment - Induced Gastric Ulcer of Rats
【摘要】 皱纹盘鲍提取物活性城分(W)400-800mg/kg对水浸应激性胃溃疡模型、乙酸烧灼型胃溃疡模型、幽门结扎型胃溃疡模型及乙醇致胃粘膜损伤模型有明显保护作用,同时降低溃疡指数和增强溃疡抑制率。
【Abstract】 Active product(W) Extracted from H. discus Hannai was shown to have effectvely protect functions in experiment - induced gastric ulcer models of rats,, namely water soak stress, acetic acid burn, pyloricligated stomach and ethanol injure induced ulcer. It can reduce index of ulcer and increase rate of ulcer- inhibition.
