超临界CO2萃取当归挥发油的研究
Study of Supercritical-CO2 Fluid Extraction in Extracting Essential Oils of Angelica sinensis
【摘要】 用超临界CO2流体萃取技术从当归(Angclica sinensis)中萃取分离出挥发油,并用GC-MS-计算机联用技术对其进行了研究,从中分离鉴定了38个成分,并进行了含量测定。亚油酸、藁木内酯、棕榈酸为其主要成分,其含量分别为56.74%、19.82%及14.20%。其中乙酸(acetic acid)等28个成分为首次从该植物中分离到。
【Abstract】 Essential oils from Angelica sinensis were extracted by supercritical-CO2 fluid and the oils were analyzed by GC-MS. The restult showed that the oils from CO2-SFE contain 38 components, linoleic acid, ligustilide and palmitoleic acid of them are the major constitutents whose content are 56.74%, 19.82% and 14.20% respectively.28 constituents of them are first obtained from the plant.
