家隅蛛的染色体(蜘蛛目:漏斗蛛科)

【摘要】 报告家隅蛛的染色体数目、形态结构和性染色体组成。实验结果表明:家隅蛛的染色体数目是:雄性体细胞为43,雌体为46。性别决定机制是X1X2X3O型。3个(对)X染色体是全部染色体中最小的和次最小的。所有染色体几乎都是端或亚端着丝粒染色体,这一结论被对其C-显带标本的分析所证实。6~14染色体长臂末端有明显的结构异染色质。G-显带标本中,获得了清晰的带纹。

【Abstract】 This paper reported the chromosomal number, chromosomal form and structrue and sex-chromosome components of Tegenaria domestica. The experiment material were collected from the corner of wall of Hebei Education College. The cytological data were mainly obtained from mitosic metaphase of the embryo cells. The result shows the chromosomal number of T. domestica is as follows: the somatic cell have 43 chromosomes in the male and 46 chromosomes in the female. It is considered that the mechanism of sex-determination is of the X1X2X3O type. All chromesomes seem to consist of telo-oracrocentrics. This effect has been demonstrated by its c-bands specimen. Three (pairs) x-chromosomes are the shortest and sub-shortest. In the autosomes the 9#-14# and 17#-20# chromosomes are of Sat-chromosomes. There are evident constitutive heterochromatin at end of long arms of 1# and 6#- 14# chromosomes. In the specimen of G-banding technique clear bands has been obtained
