【摘要】 应用活血化淤为主对胆石症１００例进行前瞻性治疗研究，并与中医辨证治疗组和西医治疗组各３０例进行随机对照，结果：活血化淤治疗组治愈１０例，显效４８例，有效３３例，总有效率９１％，均优于中医辨证对照组和西医对照组；活血化淤对胆总管结石和胆囊结石疗效较好，而对肝内胆管结石和多发部位结石疗效稍差；对不同中医证型进行分析，其对肝胆湿热型和肝郁气滞型疗效较好．而对肝郁脾虚型则疗效稍差；与中医辨证治疗组在不同证型进行比较，其对肝郁气滞型的疗效较好，从而表明活血化淤不仅可以有效地治疗胆石症，并在某些方面有一定的优越性。更多还原

【Abstract】 in order to carry out the prospect clinical research, 100 patients of cholelithiasis were treated by the Huoxuehuayu method as curative group. 30 patients were treated by the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and 30 patients were teated by the western medicine (WM) as random control groups. The effects of curative group were as follows: 10 cased were cured, 48 cases markedly improved, 33 cases effected and 9 cases remains ineffective. The totle effective rate of the curative group was 91% and it is superiority to both in TCM group and WM group. Thereby, it is showed that the Huoxuehuayu method can not only effective to be treated the cholelithiasis, but it has an advantage in some aspect to a certain degree.更多还原
