【摘要】 通过对４１例慢性乙型肝炎淡嫩舌患者及２０例健康人的对比观察发现，淡嫩舌患者自然杀伤细胞（ＮＫ细胞）水平降低（ Ｐ＜０． ０１），经黄芪四君子汤疗后，ＮＫ细胞水平明显升高（ Ｐ＜０．０１），提示淡嫩舌患者ＮＫ细胞免疫功能降低，益气健脾法可提高ＮＫ细胞免疫功能，提高ＮＫ细胞免疫功能可能是益气健脾法治疗慢性乙型肝炎的机理之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 NK level was detected in 41 patients with chronic hepatitis B before and after treatment with Huanqisijunzitang (HQSJZT) ,20 healthy persons were taken as normal control. The results showed that: NK level in patients with tender tongue were much lower than normal control (P <0. 01 ). After treatment with HQSIJZT. It was found that the level of NK in all patients were obviously higher (P <0. 05). These data suggested that the NK immunity was lower in patients with tender tongue.
