【Abstract】 This study aimed to develope the Chinese medicine──Youweikang to treat grastropathy with positive helicobacter pytori. 195 cases gastritis and peptic ulcer demonstrated by gastroscopy, Repid Urease Biopy Test (RUBT) and were treated by Youweikang, using tri-potassiam dicitrato-bismuthate as control. The total effective rate, healing rate of ulcer and the rate of helicobacter pylon elimination between the group of Youweikang and control group is not significant P>0.05). The total markedly effective rate, the elimination rate of the 7 kinds of symptoms in both Youweikang group and control group are respectively 82. 2% and 62.5%, 60.0%and 33. 3%. 84.8% and 56.8%. Youweikang is markedly saperor to control group (P<0.05, 0.01). The animal experiment results show that Youweikang has the fanction of antinflamation,analgesic and can strangthen immunity and increase the activities of pepsase. It is sensitive to helicobacter pylon. Generaly. this study revealed that Youweikang is effective to gostritis and peptic ulcer with positive helicobacter pytori. It can eliminate helicobacter pylon,remit syTnptoms, relief gastritis and spead up ulcer healing更多还原
