【摘要】 采用灌胃给药、分离血清体外作用培养细胞的血清药物学方法,探讨扶正化瘀方对大鼠贮脂细胞功能的影响。结果表明:该血清无明显细胞毒性,能抑制细胞增殖,其作用与体内给药剂量、药物血清浓度等有一定关系,该实验方法较为稳定可靠,扶正化瘀药物血清对贮脂细胞的增殖有抑制作用,可能是该方抗肝纤维化的作用机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of the sera pharmacological method that the sera were derived from the rat feed on and incubated with cultured rat fat-sto-ring cells,it was investigated that Fu Zheng Hua Yu (Strengthening the body resistance to remove blood stasis) formula affected fat-storing cell functions such as cell proliferation. The results showed that Fu Zheng Hua Yu formula sera had no cytotoxicity for fat-storing cells, inhibited cell proliferation, furthermore this inhibition had some relation with the formula doses, and drug sera concentration. It was concluded that the sera pharmacological method is one of desirable methods for researching Traditioal Chinese formula in vitro,the inhibition of Fu Zheng Hua Yu formula on fat-storing cells maybe one of mechanisms through which it prevent liver fibrosis.更多还原
