3种抗菌药物体外抗5种支原体的活性研究
IN VITRO ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITIES OF 3 ANTIMICROBIAL AGENTS AGAINST THE FIVE MYCOPLASMAL SPECIES
【摘要】 采用液体与琼脂对倍稀释方法,测定了3种抗菌药物对5种支原体体外抗菌作用效果。结果显示:交沙霉素与泰洛星有较强的抗5种支原体作用。交沙霉素抗尿素支原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)、口腔支原体的MIC50与MIC90作用相同,为0.0625与0.125μg/ml,抗唾液与精氨酸支原体为0.125与0.25μg/ml;泰洛星抗Uu、Mh的MIC50与MIC90,为0.5与1μg/ml,抗口腔支原体为0.25与1μg/ml,抗唾液支原作为0.25与0.5μg/ml,抗精氨酸支原体为0.5与1μg/ml;小檗碱抗唾液与口腔支原体的MIC50与MIC90为4与8μg/ml,抗Uu与Mh为8与16μg/ml,抗精氨酸支原体为16与32μg/ml。
【Abstract】 In this report, in vitro antibacterial activities of 3 antimicrobial agenst against the five mycoplasmal soecies were determined by using the broth dilution and an agar dilution methods. The results indicated that Jasamycin and tylosin are highly active against the five mycoplasmal species Jasamycin is equally active against Uu、Mh、M、orale (MIC50 to MIC90,0.0625 to 0. 125μg/ml), whereas the MIC50 to MIC90 for M. Salivurium and M. arginini are 0. 125 to 0. 25μg/ml. Tylosin is active against Uu and Mh, with a MIC50 to MIC90 of 0. 5 to 1μg/ml, for M. orale MIC50 is 0. 25μg/ml and MIC90 1μg/ml, for M. Salivarium MIC50 is 0.25μg/ml and MIC90 0.5μg/ml, for M. arginini MIQ90 are 0. 5 to 1μg/ml. Berberine is active against M. Salivarium and M. orale, with MIC50 to MIC90 of 4 to 8μg/ml, the MIC50 to MIC90 for Uu and Mh are 8 to 16μg/ml, wherease the MIC50 to MIC90 for M. arginini is 16 to 32μg/ml. This study shows that the activities of Jasamycin, tylosin and berberine are similar to one another and comparable or superior to those of other drugs used to treat mycoplasmal infection.
