【摘要】 为了探索在皮肤软组织扩张过程中缓解疼痛的方法设计了本项研究。方法是在向扩张囊内注水达到１００ｍｌ左右时，用４１／２号注射针头经皮肤穿刺达壶阀囊外，注入２％利多卡因８～１０ｍｌ，或０．７５％布比卡因１～３ｍｇ／ｋｇ。注药完毕后，将针头刺入壶阀内，按常规注水。临床应用８例，有４例超过预定注入量１００～１５０ｍｌ，无一例发生疼痛。全部达到了预定皮肤扩张效果。认为这是一种缓解皮肤扩张过程中疼痛的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is difficult to relieve pain during distension of the tissue expander. To relieve the pain, anethetics was injected into the extracapsular space of the expander in 8 cases. When 100 ml saline was instilled into the expander, 2% lidocaine (8～10ml) or 0.75% bupicaine (1～3mg/kg) was injected into the extracapsular space around the tissue expander, then through the valve, saline was injected routinely. In the eight cases, the routine volume of the injected saline was 100～150ml, but in 4 cases the amount of saline injected was more than scheduled and none of them had pain. Expected results was achieved in all cases. The extracapsular anesthesia was an effective method to relieve pain during the skin expansion.更多还原
