冬麦叶片的渗透调节能力与产量及抗旱性的关系

【摘要】 试验结果表明,在干旱胁迫下冬小麦从拔节到乳熟的五个生育期中,以孕穗期和灌浆期的渗透调节能力较强.五个生育期三个处理水平的总平均渗透调节能力为:秦麦3号>昌乐5号>山农587>济南13>烟农15>鲁麦5号.六个冬小麦品种最终产量的高低与五个生育期及其平均渗透调节能力的强弱一致.最终产量相对值与渗透调节能力相关分析达极显著水平.叶片渗透调节能力的大小与其抗旱性强弱一致

【Abstract】 The results of pot experiments showed that osmotic adjustment ability of ear pregnant and grainfilling stage was stronger than that of the others under drought stress.The total average of osmotic adjustment ability of three treatments,from jointing stage to milking mature stage,was as follows:Qinmai No.3>ChangleNo.5>Shannong No.587>Jinan No.13>Yannong No.15>Lumai No.5.The amount of ultimate yield for the six wheat cultivars was consistent with the osmotic adjustment ability for the five stages(from jointin g stage to milking mature stage).The relative value of ultimate yield in relation to ability of osmotic adjustment was very significant(p<0 01)for correlation analysis.The level of osmotic adjustment ability of wheat leaves was consis tent with the degree of drought resistance.
