【摘要】 本文对300例急性白血病,肺源性心脏病、冠心病、糖尿病、脑梗塞等常见病的高凝指标,进行了检测分析.项目包括血小板数量和质量鉴定,凝血因子,纤溶等.结果发现这些患者均存在着不同程度的高凝状态.这对进一步认识这些疾病的发展,以便采取合理的药物治疗和非药物性干预血液流变学参数,促使疾病好转或痊愈具有一定的临床指导意义.更多还原

【Abstract】 Evidence accumulated from many studies has strongly suggested that many disorders are accompanied with abnormal hypercoagulable parametres. In this study,the quantity and quality of platelets,coagulation factor activities and fibrinolytic function from 60 patients with acute Leukmia,50 patients with cor-pulmonary disease, 60 patients with coronary artery disease, 50 patients with diabetes mellitus, 80 patients with cerabral infarction were detected and confirmed that hypercoagulable state existed in many patients with these diseases. It will be helpful to prevent developing of the deseases by rational treatment.更多还原
