柑桔果实中柠檬苦素类化合物的研究现状与展望

【Abstract】 Limonoids are a group of triterpenoids found in Rutaceae and Meliaceae.Limonoids of citrus are excellent physiologically active compounds.In this paper,we report the biochemical study and biological recovery of limonoids in citrus fruits.
