【摘要】 大鼠连续１０天吸入不同剂量的甲醛，结果肺泡灌洗液中的碱性磷酸酶（ＡＫＰ）、酸性磷酸酶（ＡＣＰ）、乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）、唾液酸（ＮＡ）增加，肺组织中的脂质过氧化物及其与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶比值也增高，并存在剂量－反应关系．此结果提示细胞损伤和脂质过氧化作用在甲醛所致肺损伤中起重要作用。更多还原
