农药污染地区人群肝脏物理参数变化的研究

【摘要】 通过对农药污染地区人群肝脏超声波的测量,采用肝体积指数等综合方法评价肝脏大小,以多元逐步回归分析最优回归方程贡献构成比及环境农药负荷引人最优方程频数统计来筛选环境农药因素。结果证实了农药污染地区人群肝脏增大的事实。同时提示了儿童、青少年及成年女性肝脏增大与有机氯农药污染有关;成年男性肝脏增大与有机氯、有机磷农药污染有关。

【Abstract】 The environmental pesticide load was studied by detecting farmer’s liver with ultrasontic waves,assessing liver size with index of liver volume constant,and using the statistic method of square of square of multiple linear regression.It is found that the liver size of persons form pesticide pollution area is larger than that of the control group and on the basis of the present work,it is concluded that the increase in liver size of children,young or adult women,may be related to organochlorine insecticides POllution and the increase in liver size of young or adult men,organophosphorus insecticides pollution.
