【Abstract】 This paper described MTT Colorimatric assay for lixivious cellular toxicity of medical macromoleculat materisl in microscale cell plate. Repetitiveness of MTT Colorimetric assay under different conditions of inoculated cellular concentration was studied and this metbeds was compared with the cell counting assay in the same cellular coneehtration. The results show that this method bas the advantage of easy to operate,swiftness,stability,good repetitiveness and economhation.更多还原
