【Abstract】 The antioxidation of sagittaria sagittifolia in rats was studied. smonth old wistar rats were selected,and randomly divided into control group,low and hight concentration group of sagittaria sagittifolia. After feeding with the diet for 6 weeks.The results showed that the LOP levels in serum and liver in the low and hight concentration group of sagittsria sagittifolia were obviously lower than the control group. The SOD activities in RBC and liver,the GSH-Px activities in blood and liver were significantly increased. It was suggested that sagittaria sagittifolia could improve the activities of antioxidant in vivo,and inhibit the occurrence of lipid peroxidation.更多还原
