维生素C对暴露于臭氧环境中小鼠心脑脂褐质水平的影响

【摘要】 小鼠24h暴露于低浓度臭氧环境中,1周后小鼠心、脑脂褐质含量(10.9±1.7、8.6±1.7μg/g)明显高于对照组小鼠心、脑脂褐质含量(8.1±1.5、6.9±1.6μg/g)(P<0.01)。而给暴露在臭氧环境中小鼠每日喂以5mg/kg维生素C后,小鼠心、脑脂褐质含量(8.3±0.8、5.2±0.7μg/g)明显低于臭氧组(P<0.01),与对照组相比较无显著性的差异(P>0.05)。

【Abstract】 In the study,mice were exposed to the low ozone condition for a week. The lipofuscin content in mice heart and brain (10.9±1. 7 and 8. 6±1. 7μg/g) were markedly higher than that of control group (8. 1±1. 5 and 6. 9±1. 6μg/g), P<0. 01. However,the lipofuscin content (heart: 8. 3±0. 8μg/g ; brain: 5. 2±0. 7μg/g) in mice exposed to low ozone concentration and fed Vitamin C were lower than only exposed to ozone, and there were no significant,when it were compared with the control group.
