【摘要】 本文报告260例外伤性颈动脉-海绵窦瘘(traumatic carotid-cavernous fistula,TCCF)血管内栓塞治疗，其中男性214例，女46例。260例TCCF中绝大多数采用可脱性球囊导管栓塞治疗，无一例死亡，有192例保持了颈内动脉遇畅。本文讨论了各种血管内栓塞术的特点，认为可脱性球囊导管是栓塞治疗TCCF的较好方法，可首先选用。在讨论中，我们提出一种“双漏口征”。对于手术有指导意义，国内外尚未见报告。更多还原

【Abstract】 260 cases of traumatic carotid-cavernous fistula (TCCFs) cmbolized by angiographical technique were reported. There were 214 patients of male and 46 female. Majority of them were treated with detachable balloon catheter. All of the 260 cases were cured and no mortality after cmbolization. During TCCF embolizing procedures. patency of internal carotid arteries were preserved in 192 patients (73.9%).Different intravascular embolization techniques were discussed. We believe that the technique of detachable balloon catheter is one of the best metods for the treatment of most TCCFs, We reported an angiographical phenomenon so call "sign of two leaks" during TCCFs treatment, which has not been reported so far.更多还原
