【Abstract】 NF Ⅱ has long been a challenging problem in neurosurgery and neurotology. With the recent rapid development of its imaging diagnosis and "hearing preservation surgery", and the establishment of "Neurotological Special Unit", the prognosis of NF Ⅱ has been much improved. Here reported 6 typical cases with NF Ⅱ . Referred to the latest literatures, we emphatically discussed some crucial aspects such as intraoperative monitoring, prevention of labyrinth damage and attention of microsur-gical techniques to save hearing ability and facial functions. The genetic features of NF Ⅱ were also introduced , and the recent experience of radiosurgery on NF Ⅱ was re viewed.更多还原
