【Abstract】 Abstract Three primer paires were designed on the basis of the published sequence data of three poliovirus serotypes so that each unique target sequence size could be amplified for each serotype by the polimerase chain reaction(PCR).The standard virus strains and the clinieal poliovirus isolates could be readily determined by the rapid RT-PCT.The rapid RT-PCR not only had high specificity and sensitivity but also eliminated the requirement for virus isolation and purification, and RNA extraction in routine identification while yielding reliable results within 2h.更多还原
