中华稻蝗胚胎发育形态、卵发育起点温度及有效积温研究

【摘要】 根据形态特征,中华稻蝗胚胎发育过程分为10个阶段,本文对各阶段做了描述,绘制了形态图。利用4个不同温度的恒温箱对陕西汉中及长安两地区中华稻蝗的发育起点温度和有效积温分别进行了测定。中华稻蝗卵的发育起点温度及有效积温在汉中稻田分别为16.7℃和238日度;长安县稻田为15.7℃和234日度;室内饲养所收集的卵囊(长安种群)为16.1℃和296日度。

【Abstract】 The embryonic development of rice grasshopper Oxya chinensis (Thunberg) was observed under binocular microscope. The whole process of development can be divided into 10 phases, a bricf description whth illustration was given out for each stage. To estimate temperature summation and threshold of embryonic development of this species, 4 constant temperature cases were used. The threshold temperatures were 15.7℃, 16.1℃ and 16.7℃ for eggs from Changan rice field, laboratory (Changan population) and Hanzhong rice field, respectivly. Effective temperature summation of eggs were 234 d℃, 296 d℃ and 238 d℃ for these 3 origins.
