脑啡肽降解酶抑制剂RB101加强大鼠低频电针镇痛

【摘要】 RB101[H2N-CH-(CH2-S-CH3)-CH2-S-S-CH2-CH(CH2φ)-CONH-CH-(CH2φ)-COOCH2φ)]是一种新型的可透过血脑屏障、对脑啡肽酶及氨基肽酶均有抑制作用的混合型脑啡肽降解酶抑制剂。采用大鼠尾静脉给药途径,观察不同剂量的RB101对低频及高频电针作用的影响。结果表明,RB101可以加强低频(2Hz)电针的镇痛效果,并呈剂量效应关系,而对高频(100Hz)电针的镇痛作用没有影响。

【Abstract】 RB101[H2N-CH-(CH2-S-CH3)-CH2-S-S-CH2-CH(CH2) CONH-CH-(CH2φ)-COOCH2φ)] is a newly discovered mixed enkephalin degrading enzyme inhibitor,which could penetrate blood-brain-barrier and plays an important role in suppressing the activities enkaphalinase and aminopeptidase thus prolonging the survival of enkephalins in the central nervous system.The effect of RB101 on low and high frequency electroacupuncture was observed.The results showed that intravenous injection of RB101 to the rat produced a significant enhancement of 2Hz electroacupuncture-indUced analgesia in a dose-related manner, but had no effect on 100Hz electroacupuncture analgesia.
