【Abstract】 This paper discussed on the influoncc of rumen microbial flora quantity and type at the different eec-environment in a rumen fermentation simulator.It was found that the temperature at 40C, stirring intensity at 20min/h is the most suitable conditions for the rumen microflora 90523-1.The rumen coccus amount increased with the C/N proportion decreased, while when the C/N proportion is higher it is favoured to the growth of comma bacillus.更多还原
