从动物分离的绿脓杆菌的血清学分型
Serological Typing of Pseudomonas aeruginosa Isolated from Animals
【摘要】 从奶牛、鸡、猪、羊、兔、黑熊、长臂猿、大熊猫、麝等19种动物的2512份病料中分得绿脓杆菌794株,属中国(CHN)1~12型的有498株,以Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅷ、Ⅺ型居多;属国际抗原分型系统(IATS)的296株,为Ⅲ、、、、型。其中从大熊猫、长臂猿、麝、黑熊中分离的绿脓杆菌属IATSⅢ型。分离菌对丁胺卡那霉素、庆大霉素高度敏感,对托布拉霉素、卡那霉素、新霉素、利福平、链霉素、土霉素等呈中度敏感,对红霉素、青霉素、先锋霉素、林可霉素等不敏感。用试制的兔源、羊源和猪源高免血清进行紧急预防或早期治疗,对绿脓杆菌感染动物具有良好的保护作用
【Abstract】 Seven hundred and ninety four strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated from 2 512 pathological samples collected from 19 kinds of domestic and wild animals such as dairy cow, chicken, pig, goat, rabbit, bear, ape, panda, musk deer and others. Serological typing of them was made by means of slide agglutination test. 498 strains were belonging to CHN Types Ⅰ Ⅻ and among them Types Ⅰ, Ⅲ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅷ and Ⅺ were the most common ones. The other 296 strains were Types Ⅲ, Ⅶ, ⅩⅤ, ⅩⅤⅠ and ⅩⅤⅠⅠ of IATS, and those isolated from panda, ape, musk deer and bear were Type Ⅲ of this system. The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the isolated strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were highly sensitive to amikacin and gentamicin, intermediately sensitive to tobramycin and kanamycin, and not sensitive to erythromycin, penicillin, cephaloridin, lincomycin, etc. The specific antisera produced by rabbit, goat and pig exhibited satisfactory protective effect on this infection in emergency prophylaxis and early treatment.
