【摘要】 比较Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者血清可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平及其与甲状腺素（Ｔ４）、三碘甲腺原氨酸（Ｔ３）和促甲状腺激素（ＴＳＨ）等水平的相关性。结果显示：甲状腺机能亢进症未治疗组血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ明显升高；１２例Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者经抗甲状腺药物治疗后ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ明显降低；Ｇｒａｖｅｓ眼病经治疗临床甲亢症状缓解组血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ无明显改变；血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ与Ｔ３、Ｔ４呈正相关，与ＴＳＨ呈负相关。提示除了自身免疫功能紊乱外，甲状腺激素水平可能对Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平起重要的调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The soluble interleukin - 2 receptor (slL-2 R) and T 3, T4, TSH were measured in 108 patients with Graves’ disease and 48 normal subjects. In untreated patients , the mean levels of slL-2 R were significantly higher than those in the normal subjects and other groups. The levels of slL-2 R in 12 patients were significantly decreased after they were treated. The lev- els of slL-2 R in any case were well correlated with blood thyroxin levels (T3,r=0.63 , P< 0. 001, T4,r=0. 57,P<0. 001,TSH, r=-0. 55, P<0. 001). Although the immunity disor- ders may contribute to the changes of concentrations of slL-2 R in some patients , it is strongly suggested that the appearance of slL-2R in patients with Graves’ disease may be de- pendent on thyroid hormones.更多还原
