锌孵育对肝豆状核变性离体培养细胞内铜、锌和金属硫蛋白代谢的影响
Influence of zinc incubation on copper, zinc and metallothionein metabolism in cultured skin fibroblasts of Wilson’s disease
【摘要】 本实验研究了锌孵育后肝豆状核变性患者和杂合子离体培养皮肤成纤维细胞内铜、锌和金属硫蛋白(MT)代谢的改变,以及经45.88μmol/L锌孵育后,患者胞浆内钢含量增高,同时MT上的钢结合量也增高,但MT含量无明显变化,根据上述结果,对锌剂治疗本病的作用机理进行了初步讨论。
【Abstract】 The copper, zinc and metallothionein (MT)metabolism in cultured skin fibroblalsts of heterozygotCs and patient with Wilson’s disease (hepatolenticular degeneration), together with controls after zin cincubation, were studied. It was found that the copper contents in cytosol and MT fractions of patiellts were elevated after zinc incubation, while the MT contellts in thxee groups remained unchanged.According to the results, the mechanism of zing therapy for Wilson’s disease’ was discussed in this article.
