具有变形碳架双环二萜醇的结构
The Structure of a Bicyclic Diterpene Alcohol with a Rearranged Skeleton
【摘要】 通过波谱分析鉴定了具有变形碳架双环二萜醇１的结构，并进一步通过单晶Ｘ－射线分析得以确证．１的结构为（３Ｚ，５Ｅ，９Ｅ，１Ｒ＊，７Ｒ＊，１２ａＲ＊）－１－异丙基－６，１０，１２ａ－三甲基－１，２，４，７，８，１１，１２，１２ａ－八氢环戊－环ｒ一碳烯－７－醇．它是从采自我国南海的软珊瑚ＣｌａｖｕｌａｒｉａｉｎｆｌａｔａＳｃｈｅｕｋｖａｒ．Ｌｕｚｏｎｉａｎａ中分离得到的
【Abstract】 The structure of 1, a bicyclic diterpene alcohol with a rearranged skeleton, has been solved by spectroscopic analysis and confirmed by single crystal X ray analysis. It shown to be (3Z,5E,9E,1R ,7R ,12aR ) 1 isopropyl 6,10,12a trimethy1 1,2,4,7,8,11,12,12a octahydrocyclopenta cycloundecen 7 o1 and was isolated from the soft coral Clavularia inflata Scheuk var. luzoniana collected from the South China Sea.
