【Abstract】 By using a grating- tuned pulsed TEA- CO2 laser with 10R (6) line pumped NH3 molecules in a miniature ASE cavity of 0. 20 m in length, when the pumping energy was about 1.1 J and the pressure of NH3 molecular gas was about 0.9 kpa. We discovered a new line with wavelength about 298 μm which may be a stimulated Raman line by aR(o,o) transition.
