【Abstract】 The Rosewoods originate mostly from the Southeast Asia Owing to their colour,streak and toughness,they are the best timbers used to manufacture high grade furniture In the present paper,it deals with the scientific name,macroscopic structure and figures selected for the Rosewoods The woods totalled up to 37(/38)genera,arranged according to the family,genus and species concerned The famous woods are from Dalbergia,and the others such as Pterocarpus,Diospyros,Eusideroxylon,Intsia ,……It is hope that,from the present paper and one example,you may find out the true rosewood,or the similar,or the substitute or even the false更多还原
