【摘要】 Ｃ５７ＢＬ／６小鼠脾脏Ｔ和Ｂ淋巴细胞的增殖能力，在受到免疫性肝损伤后下降（Ｔ细胞１６５７４±７７６→２８８０±１３４ｃｐｍ，Ｐ＜０．０１；Ｂ细胞１６０６４±３２５→１４９０４±２４１ｃｐｍ，Ｐ＜０．０５），和肝助脾饮不仅能使免疫性肝损伤小鼠脾脏Ｔ和Ｂ淋巴细胞增殖能力下降得到改善（Ｔ细胞６１８８±１２９ｃｐｍＰ＜０．０１；Ｂ细胞有增高趋势１５６００±２６８ｃｐｍ），而且正常小鼠应用后亦明显提高（Ｔ细胞３１４５４±４７２ｃｐｍ，Ｐ＜０．０１；Ｂ细胞２９５９８±６４２ｃｐｍ，Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示和肝助脾饮能改善免疫功能，减轻小鼠的免疫损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Splenic T and B lymphocytes proliferation of C<,BL/6 mice with liver immune damage decreas as compare with noimal mice(T cell proliferation 16 574±776→2880±134 cpm,P<0.01 and B cell proliferation 16 064 ± 325→14 904±241 cpm,P<0.05).The Heganzhupi Yin(a fluid form of a formulation consisting several traditional Chinese herbs)not only can reduce the decrease of T lymphocytes proliferation of liver immune damage C57 BL/6 mice(T cell 6 188±129 clJm,P<0.01 and show a B cell enhancement tendency 15600±268 cpm).but also increase splenic T and B lymphocytes proliferation of normal mice(T cell 31 454±472 cpm,P<0.01 and B cell 29 598 ±642 cpm,P<0.01.respectnehy).It is demonstrated that Heganzhupi Yin can improve immune function and reduce liver dam-age.更多还原
