酶联免疫印迹技术分析广州管圆线虫雌虫抗原
Analysis of Antigens of Angiogtrongylus cantonensis Female Worms by ELIB
【摘要】 应用酶联免疫印迹技术(ELIB)对广州管圆线虫雌成虫粗抗原(Ag-F)蛋白组分及其免疫学特性进行分析。SDS-PAGE显示,Ag-F至少有30条多肽区带,分子量分别为110、95、79、68、60、44、40、29、23、21和18kD等蛋白组分被实验感染广州管圆线虫大鼠血清识别,提示Ag-F这些组分具有诊断价值。42kD组分蛋白被猪蛔虫抗原免疫大鼠血清识别。实验感染广州管圆线虫大鼠血清抗Ag-F的100、98、79、68和44kD等组分的抗体出现于感染后第7d。
【Abstract】 Female worm antigens (Ag-F) of Angiostrongylus cantonensis(A. c. )were analysed by SDS-PAGE and ELIB, the results revealed that the SDS-PAGE patterns of Ag-F consisted of at least 30 polypeptide bands. Applying ELIB, the results showed that 11 bands of polypeptides could be recognized at least by sera from rats infected with A. c.; a band could be recognized by sera from rats immunized with Ascaris suum antigen; but this antigen had no cross-reactions with the sera from rats infected with S. japonicum or immunized with sparganum antigen of S. mansoni. The Ag-F evidently evoked the antibody-producing response in the experimental rat as early as 7 days after infection.
