幽门螺杆菌形成空泡细胞毒素的提纯与特征分析
Purificaton and Biological Properties of Helicobacter Pylori Vacuolating Cytotoxin
【摘要】 运用水油提、盐析及凝胶过滤色谱法对幽门螺杆菌ＹＣ－１１株所分泌的形成空泡细胞毒素进行了提取。纯化的形成空泡细胞毒素在ＳＤＳ－聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳中表现为单一条带，分子量约为８７０００，在ＰＨ２．４～６．４的环境中表现高细胞毒性。
【Abstract】 The vacuolating Cytotoxin from Helicobacter pylori YC-11 was purified by using water-extracting,salt precipitation and gel filtration chromatographic fractionation.The purified vacuolating cytotoxin showed a single band on SDS-PAGE,and its molecular weight was about 87000.Within pH 2.4-pH 6.4 a higher cytotoxicity existed.
