七年制高等医学教育模式研究

【摘要】 同济医科大学在试办七年制高等医学教育中,探索出多途径培养高素质医学人才的新模式,这就是德育四结合模式、学位课程渗透模式、多形式导师制模式、科研能力两段式训练模式、临床教学双科并进模式、体育的三结合模式、教学管理的五七学制互通淘汰制模式。模式的要点是:强化师生的目标意识,突破传统的教育模式,强调理论密切联系实际,注重学生整体素质教育和能力培养。

【Abstract】 Tongji Medical University,in the trial of 7-year program of highe medical education,has probed a new model with multiple ways for turning out medical talent of high competence:fourinone moral education,infiltration of academic degree courses from one an othe,multiple trtor systems,two-segment training of scientific research ability,keeping abreast of two disciplines during clinical education,three-in-one physical education,upgrade and elimination system between 5-year and 7-year programs.The essentials in are the intensification of target sense in instuctors and studends break through of the traditional in model education emphasis on integrating theory with pactice,attaching importance to student’s education as a whole and ability training.
