【摘要】 同济医科大学在试办七年制高等医学教育中，探索出多途径培养高素质医学人才的新模式，这就是德育四结合模式、学位课程渗透模式、多形式导师制模式、科研能力两段式训练模式、临床教学双科并进模式、体育的三结合模式、教学管理的五七学制互通淘汰制模式。模式的要点是：强化师生的目标意识，突破传统的教育模式，强调理论密切联系实际，注重学生整体素质教育和能力培养。更多还原
