【Abstract】 MS medium, Taira and Larter medium (TL) were used to culture 10～14 days’ embryo in wheat and maize crosses. Frequences of plant production were 84.2% in 1/2 MS medium and 34.8% in TL medium. The former was better in plant production than that of the latter. Most of embryos over 400μm could germinate and produce normal plants but embryos under 400μm were very difficult to germinate. 12 to 14 days’ embryo had higher frequency of plant production.更多还原
