固定床燃煤方式中烟炱的形成及其消除方法

【摘要】 分析了固定床燃煤方式中烟炱的形成机理及烟炱在含氧烟气中的燃烧条件,从烟炱的温度、周围的氧浓度以及烟炱在炉内停留时间等方面提出了在煤的固定床燃烧中促使烟炱燃烧的方法,以消除该燃煤方式中产生的黑烟.根据理论分析,在设计试验燃煤倒焰窑时,采取一些改进措施,降低了烟气的林格曼黑度

【Abstract】 The formation and combustion of soots in the gas from coal grate-firing bed have been analyzed and studied. According to the soot characteristics of combustion, it is important for the elimination of soots in gas from the coal grate-firing to control the surface temperature of the soot,oxygen content around the soot and staying time of the soot. Some measures have been taken in the design of structure for the test down-draft furnace,and so the soots in exhausted gas from the test furnace have been apparently reduced.
