钽粉真空碳化机理

【摘要】 研究了钽粉真空碳化的反应机理.结果表明,在反应初期为化学反应动力学过程点后才过渡到扩散动力学过程,碳化反应符合缩核反应模型.在1500~1700℃的温度范围内,碳化反应的表观反应活化能为195.2kJ·mol-1,表观扩散活化能为138.1kJ·mol-1.

【Abstract】 The carbonization mechanism was studied through the reaction of tantalum and graphite powder under vacuum condition. It is shown that the carbonization reaction is governed by chemical reaction at the beginning, then changes into diffusion process. The carbonization process meets the needs of the model of condensation reaction. The apparent activation energy during chemical reaction is 195. 2 kJ. mol-1 and diffusion kinetics is 183. 1 kJ. mol-1 respectively between 1 500 ̄1700℃.
