【摘要】 本文报道辽宁省化工研究院研制的溴杀灵，对福建省常见３种家鼠的毒力和灭鼠效率。溴杀灵对褐家鼠的ＬＤ５０为１．８０１±０．２３３ｍｇ／ｋｇ，对黄胸鼠的ＬＤ５０为３．２９２±０．４２１ｍｇ／ｋｇ，对小家鼠的ＬＤ５０为１１．００３±１．４３１ｍｇ／ｋｇ。０．０１％溴杀灵大米毒饵对黄胸鼠平均摄食系数为１．７５，室内灭效为１００％，现场灭鼠对褐家鼠的杀灭率为８９．９６％。更多还原

【Abstract】 The toxicity and killing efficiency of Bromethallin were investigated against three species of rodents in Fujian during April to July, 1994. The results showed that the LD50 were 1.801±0.233mg/kg for Rattus norvegicus,3.292±0. 421mg/kg for Rattus flavipectus and 11.003±1.431mg/kg for Mus musculus, respectively.The feeding coefficient of the rice bait ( 0.01% Bromethallin) was 1.75.Its killing ratioes appeared to be 100% against R,flavipectus in laboratory test and 89.96% against R,norvegicus in field test.更多还原
