【Abstract】 s:Through study and analysis of isoenzyme on eight ecotype sorghum, the resultsshowed that esterase isoenzyyne spectums of Kafir, Durra,Kaoling, Milo were similar,amongthem,E2,E3,E4 and E5 were characteristic spectral bands.The enzyme spectral bands of Daal,Feterita,Hegari and shallu Were less and showing no difference.The peroxidase isoenzyme differences of eight ecotype sorghum were more obvious and main differences were among E2,ES,E6and E7,and others were only coloration differences.更多还原
