【摘要】 58例经CT证实的急性脑血管病患者,在起病后半月内接受症状自评量表(SCL-90)测查,并与30例健康者作比较.结果显示急性脑血管病患者心理健康状况较对照组差.存在着明显的身心反应.进行亚型分析时发现病灶大小及定侧与卒中后精神障碍的轻重程度有关、提示认识脑卒中对精神活动的不良影响,有助于指导治疗,促进康复.更多还原

【Abstract】 58 cases of actue cerebral vascular disease confirmed by CT scan, received measurement of symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) within 15 days of stroke onset, and compared with 30 normal subjects. The results showed that the mental health condition of patients with acute cerebral vascular were worse than those of normal subjects. The patients with acute cerebral vascular disease manifested obvious somatic psychological reactions. Subgroup analyses demosntrated that the locus size and laterality affected the degree of psychological disorders after stroke. The realization of disadvantageous action of stroke to psychological activities would be in favor of directing treatment.更多还原
