【摘要】 本文对我院１９８５年１月至１９８９年１２月间收治的结肠癌单纯根治术（５０例）及根治术后辅助化疗（９４例）的患者的疗效进行分析比较，以评价辅助化疗对延长结肠癌根治术后患者无瘤生存期的作用。以无瘤生存期计算疗效。本组资料结果提示辅助化疗能提高结肠癌根治术后无瘤生存率，但是仅表现在术后前三年，两组有统计学显著差异（Ｐ＝０．０２４），而从术后第四年起，辅化组的无瘤生存率虽高于单纯手术组（４０％与２４％），但无统计学意义（Ｐ＝０．０７４），本文认为结肠癌根治醉后辅助化疗对减少局部复发和转移的发生有积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract Between 1985 and 1989,144 patients with colon cancer were treated in our hospital.Of them,94 cases were teated by postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy and other 50 cases by operation only. Disease free survival(DFS)of the two groups were compared in order to estimate the value of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for colon cancer.The result suggests that the three years DFS of the patients received postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy is significantly higher than that without chemotherapy(P=0. 024).Therefore, it is possible to reduce the rate of local recurrence and metastasis in the patients with colon cancer by postopeative adjuvant chemotherapy.更多还原
