【Abstract】 This paper presents the indication of surgery and the prevention of the postoperative complication for the upper location advanced esophageal cancer. It was discussed that the correct available selection of the operative method for the upper esophageal cancer. We thought the counter operating method was useful in the treatment of esophageal cancer. Follow-up shows was better in the radical resection.更多还原
