低温易漏浅井用泡沫水泥特性研究
Study on the property of foamed cement for low temperature shallow wells with thief zones
【摘要】 介绍了在调整基浆密度的基础上采用单剂化学发泡法配制超低密度泡沫水泥的方法。对各种外加剂的作用及GF泡沫水泥的性能进行了评价,结果表明,GF泡沫水泥浆具有施工工艺简单,发泡时间可控,高压下水泥浆密度容易控制,稠化时间可调,滤失量小,水泥石抗压强度高、渗透率低等优点。综合性能已达到低温易漏浅井固井作业的技术要求。
【Abstract】 Foamed cement is effective in the cement-ing of thief zones. Foamed cement is prepared by lowering the density of base cement slurry first, and then aerating the low density slurry chemically. The effects of various additives on the properties of foamed cement slurry are investigated. It has advantages of simple operation procedure, flexibility in density control, adjustable thickening time, higher compressive strength, and lower permeability of cement. The. aerating time of cement slurry can be easily controlled. The comprehensive properties of this foamed cement can satisfy the requirements of low temperature shallow wells with thief zones .
