【摘要】 作者从１９７９年开始使用戴瓦氏手术，１９８３年开始使用斯伍基氏手术，至１９９４年共做５７例（男性２８例，女性２９例），年龄为９～２８岁。手术无死亡。术后并发症戴瓦氏手术：１例截瘫，２例椎体骨折伴螺丝钉拔出，２例螺丝钉折断，２例金属缆折断；斯伍基氏手术，１例杆折断，２例切口感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dwyer procedure and Zielke procedure are most commonly used at present in anterior route instrumentation operation for correction of scoliosis,We began to carry on the former in 1979 and the latter in 1 983,and 57 cases were performed from 1979 to 1994(male 28 cases and female 29;age 9-28 years).The postoperative complications included(1)paraplegia in one case after Dwyer operation,(2)looseness of screws in 2,(3)break of screws in 2,(4)break of Dwyer cable in 2,(5)break of Zielke rod in 1,and(6)infection of wound in 2.We suggest and discuss the preventive management with the purpose of improving the operative result.更多还原
