【Abstract】 The physiological effect of epibrassinolide(epiBR) on senescence of barley leaf was investigated. It was found that spraying with epiBR would cause increasing of chlorophyll content and photosynthesis rate from barley seedling. In the mean time the content of MDA and electrolyte leakage were lower in treated seedling than the control, and treatment with epiBR could strongly delay leaf senescence.更多还原
