威优晚3的选育与应用

【摘要】 采用杂交(明恢63×26窄早)和辐射相结合选育的恢复系晚3,与V20A组配成的威优晚3(V20A×晚3),是1个具有高产、稳产、适应性广、抗性较强、秧龄弹性较大,易制种且产量高、米质中上等的强优中熟晚籼新组合。该组合在生产实践中表现突出,具有广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Weiyou Wan 3 (V20A/Wan 3), is a newly developed medium-maturing late indica rice with its restorer line Wan 3 selected by way of hybridization (Minghui 63/26 Zhaizao) and radiation. It shows high yielding ability and wide adaptability (6.65~8.34 t/hm 2, 6.6%~10.3% higher than the ckeck Weiyou 64, in provincial and national yield trials, 7.50~8.25 t/hm 2 in commercial production), good pest and stress resistance (tolerant to high temperature in the early growth stage and to coldness in the late growth stage; intermediately resistant to rice blast and bacterial leaf blight, tolerant to sheath blight), high seed production yield (2.25~3.00 t/hm 2) and acceptable grain quality (head rice 56.7%, L/W ratio 2.95, amylose content 23.6%). The combination has been planted to an accumulated area of 0.17 million hectares and its area is rapidly increasing. The main technical points on its cultivation and seed production were also described in the paper.
