满江红8个生物种的矿质营养特性与培养基的研究

【摘要】 测定了满江红8个生物种矿质营养特性,同时自行设计了浙农9401无N培养基,并与IRRI培养基作比较研究。试验结果表明:(1)各生物种间矿质养分含量差异较大,差异程度Fe>Mn、Cu>Ca、N、Zn、K>Mg、P。当培养基改变时,各生物种萍体Fe和K含量变化较大,其他养分变化不大;(2)浙农9401和IRRI两培养基对各生物种的繁殖速度、干物质积累和固N量的差异不明显,但浙农9401具有pH缓冲性大,盐分浓度低,P和K养分随着季节而调整。试验表明浙农9401培养基比IRRI培养基更适合于8个生物种种质资源的保存

【Abstract】 In this paper, the characteristics of mineral nutrition of 8 azolla species were analyzed Meanwhile, the comparison of azolla culture medium of “Zhe Nong 9401” (“ZN9401”) that was designed by authors of this paper with “IRRI” was made The results showed that mineral nutrient contents of all species were obvious differences, which had a regularity between subgenus When 8 azolla species grew in culture medium of ZN9401 or IRRI, lron and potassium contents of all plants were obvious differences, but of contents other mineral elements of all plants were much similar meanwhile, there were not obvious differences about propagation rate, dry material cumulation and nitrogen-fixing capability of all species between culture medium of ZN9401 and IRRI However, ZN9401 had several advantages, such as large pH buffer ability, low salinity, and changing concentration of phosphorus and potassium with seasons, it is proved that the culture medium of ZN9401 prevails over the IRRI for reserving the resources of 8 azolla species
