植物茎叶蛋白的提取和利用研究

【摘要】 本研究利用植物茎叶提取浓缩叶蛋白的结果表明,植物茎叶提取的浓缩蛋白中的粗蛋白含量达32.41~52.99%,为原茎叶粗蛋白含量的22.4~74.2%。据测定,氨基酸总量最高达58.46%,赖氨酸达6.22%,超过FAO的推荐量(4.2%)。矿物质营养丰富,尤其是Fe、Mn、Zn含量较高。饲喂TD鸭用2~8%叶蛋白代替鱼粉或豆饼,饲养效果好。用4%叶蛋白饲喂AA肉鸡(雏鸡)成活率为100%,总体重为692±18克,饲料报酬为2.03∶1,均超过鱼粉的对照组。

【Abstract】 The nutritive composition and feeding effects of protein concentrate extracted from stems and leaves of plants were studied in this experiment. The results showed that the crude protein content (CPC) in the concoutrate got to 32.41~52.99%, or over 22.4~74.2% of normal CPC in original stems and leaves. There were rich and an kinds of amino acids in the concentrate with the hishest total content of amim being 58.46% and lysine content 6.22% that was greaty higher than 4.2% recom mended by FAO. The concentrate also contained abundant mineral nutrients and Fe, Mn and Zn in paarticular. 2~8% of the protein concentrale was analogous to fish meal and bean cake in effects of feeding TD ducks. For feeding of AA chickens, 4% of the protei cincentrate was superior to the check of fish meal with the suruival rate being 100%, total weisht 692±18g and feed conversiov rate 2.03∶1.
