【Abstract】 Plant growth regulator, paclobutrazol, at the concentration ranging from 250～2000ppm was applied as foliar spray before budding of late autumn shoots in 5-year-old Miyagawa Wase (Citrus unshiu). Results showed that the growth of the late autumn shoots was inhibited and the content of soluble sugar, starch, potassium and proline in the autumn shoot was increased. Reduction of the exudate ratio of cell electrolyte may result in the increase of winter hardiness of the autumn shoots.更多还原
