表面裂纹蠕变分析的蠕变线弹簧模型
Creep Line-spring Model for Creep Analysis of Surface Cracks
【摘要】 利用弹塑性断裂力学的工程估算法及等时应力应变的概念,在弹塑性线弹簧模型的基础上提出了一个三维裂纹蠕变断裂力学分析的蠕变线弹簧模型方法,并建立了有关基本方程,计算了国产2Cr-1Mo钢表面裂纹板的高温(565℃)蠕变断裂力学参量,从而为进一步研究三维表面裂纹蠕变扩展及寿命预报提供了基础。
【Abstract】 A creep line-spring method(CLSM) is proposed and establishes the concerned fundamen-tal equations are established by using the isochronous stress-strain method and the EPRI one,which is suitable for the estimates of creep fracture parameters for three-dimensional creep cracks. Several numberical examples for the creep fracture parameters of the surface-cracked plates under uniform tension are shown. It is possible to develop the CLSM into an efficient numerical method for the studies on the creep growth of three-dimensional cracks and the creep residual life estimates for the cracked structures. The concerned studies are cureently under in-vestigation.
